fitness anyone?

Been lately thinking of newer [read interesting ;-) ] ways to involve d/h into a fitness regime. Lemme see what I can list down:
1. Make a good health drink after the morning run -- he usually likes trying new and "healthy" stuff.
2. Buy him a new pair of running shoes..the one he has at present is probably his biggest reason not to run!!
3. Hit his fav salad bar for every successful week of running.

Well that's already a good enough list to begin with! If this works, I'm going to continue building tiny lists to keep his enthusiasm going (I'm hoping he finds the run good enough to keep him going..geez)
